Open Question: Blacks, im suspicious when i see them?

Every time i see a black person on TV i feel like this is our country and not theirs. We made this country the way it is and out values has been the backbone in American culture. Why mix, i mean they can get one state from us and live there. Lets say we give them TX, they can form a new country especially for blacks.
